Birds at Rondevlei 4-11-2008

Tuesday 4 November 2008,

We visited Rondevlei for a fire-fighting course.

In South Africa Fire-fighting is an important element of Nature Conservation.

The following birds were spotted:

• A Klaas's Cuckoo

• A large colony of African Sacred Ibis

• Coots

• Yellow-billed Ducks

• Glossy Ibis

• Burchell's Coucal
